  • The portfolios generated are completely random and should not be considered investment recommendations
  • Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and risky
  • You could lose all of your invested capital
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Always do your own research before making any investment decisions
  • Consult with a qualified financial advisor before investing

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that CryptoRandom bears no responsibility for any financial decisions you make.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Stripe's terms of service for payment processing

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not extensively used premium features. Contact us for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTORANDOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Firebase, CoinGecko, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
